when it comes to using the pack or can of oil :- it should be used well before or between 8-12 months once you start using it since there shelft life is typically moderate.

Reusing frying oil can be a cost-effective and practical way to minimize waste, but it's essential to do it safely to avoid health risks. Here are some steps to properly reuse frying oil:

  • Strain the Oil: After each use, strain the oil to remove any food particles or debris. You can use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to ensure that the oil is clean and free of particles so that when you try to use it again it won't black burned the already existing particles.
  • Store Properly: Transfer the strained oil to a clean, airtight container for storage. Make sure the container is completely dry to prevent any moisture from contaminating the oil, which could lead to bacterial growth. Store the container in a cool, dark place away from heat sources and sunlight. Do not reuse oil which has been already stored more that 1 month.
  • Check for Signs of Spoilage: Before reusing the oil, inspect it for any signs of spoilage, such as a bad odor, off-color, or the presence of mold. If the oil appears or smells off, it's best to discard it rather than risking food safety.
  • Monitor the Oil's Condition: Each time you reuse the oil, pay attention to its color, smell, and consistency. If the oil starts to darken significantly, develops a strong odor, or becomes thick and sticky, it may be time to replace it.
  • Avoid Mixing Different Types of Oil: It's generally best to reuse frying oil for similar types of foods to maintain the flavor integrity. Avoid mixing different types of oils, as this can affect the flavor and quality of the fried food.
  • Limit Reuse: "REMEMBER DO NOT USE THE SAME OIL FOR MORE THAN 2-3 TIMES". While it's possible to reuse frying oil several times, it's essential to exercise caution and not reuse it indefinitely. Over time, the oil degrades and becomes less stable, increasing the risk of harmful compounds forming during the frying process.
